Compost Pile Quarterly - Issue 1

Compost Pile Quarterly is a four-times-yearly zine of art. Featuring a rotating, variable selection of artists, photographers, designers, and other creators from the art collective known as "The Compost Pile", this is one of the best ways to get interesting and incredible printed art into your home, while also supporting a great cause. All the art in this zine was produced between January 1st, 2026 and March 30th, 2026.

This issue of Compost Pile Quarterly features the work of 13 contributors. It is printed on a photo and graphic arts printer with a 9-ink archival color system on deluxe coated matte stock. The outside cover is spray coated to protect it from UV and scratches, and each zine is printed, coated, trimmed, assembled, and staple-bound by hand, courtesy of Foxfaer Studio. Finished dimensions are 5" x 8", containing 44 pages cover to cover.

50% of every sale of Compost Pile Quarterly goes to charity. For this issue, that means 50% of every sale will be donated to The Trans Continental Pipeline, a 501c3 nonprofit based in Denver CO which helps relocate trans people from unsafe situations to Colorado.
